Fuso Tech Corporation (hereinafter referred to as “the Company”) may ask for the provision of personal information of a customer in the course of its business activities. The Company understands the importance of protecting personal information and hereby discloses its Privacy Policy.

The Company will use a customer’s Personal Information within the scope of the purposes of use set out in (1) through (11) below only to the extent necessary to conduct its business.

1. To provide information in regard to the Company’s products and services.
2. To provide a quotation for remodeling work, maintenance, and parts that the Company provides.
3. To provide information and perform procedures in regard to various applications and memberships.
4. To provide information and perform procedures for ordering and after-service in regard to the Company’s products and services purchased by the customer.
5. To address and respond to the proposals and inquiries from customers.
6. To conduct questionnaire surveys regarding customer satisfaction.
7. To ensure safety of the vehicles provided by the Company (corrective actions and swift notification to owners of campaign vehicles, and the provision of information in accordance with Article 57.2 of the Road Trucking Vehicle Law).
8. To conduct questionnaire surveys for marketing activities such as planning/development of new products or improving services of the Company.
9. Specific purposes of use specified, notified or announced by the Company.
10. To provide information indicated below to one or more of the Group companies of the Company in writing or in electronic media. Upon request from a customer, we will suspend the provision of information.
    Name, date of birth, and/or contact information including address and telephone number, and other information on proposals and inquiries from a customer.
11. Other purposes of use permitted by laws and regulations.
• Excluding the cases set out below, the Company will not provide Personal Information to any other companies of third parties.
1. With the consent of the person concerned.
2. Consignment of the handling of Personal Information to external contractors etc. to the extent necessary to achieve the purposes regarding to the use thereof.
3. Provision of Personal Information to one or more of the Group companies of the Company under Paragraph 10 above.
4. In case of business succession due to merger, de-merger, or transfer of business, etc.
5. Other specific cases permitted by laws and regulations.
• The Company will ensure appropriate safeguarding of personal information by taking security measures to prevent loss, leakage or alteration.
• The Company will review the Privacy Policy and other rules on the protection of personal information it has established from time to time as necessary for continuous improvement.
• The Company will ensure compliance with the Japanese Private Information Protection Law as well as other regulations regarding the protection of private information.
• The Company will promptly respond to a request concerning disclosure or correction of Personal Information it has obtained by the person who is the subject of the personal information. Please use a prescribed request form. For more information on the request for disclosure or other prescribed forms, please contact us at the following number. For the disclosure of information, please provide us with your identity verification document. A commission of 1,050 yen must be paid for each item disclosed.
